1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 90 days from the day your order is received (see details below).


2. Return Options

We will give you the choice of:

Exchange: Swap your returned items for other merchandise
Store Credit: Credit your account towards future purchases
Refund: Refund to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal)

Cost: The only cost to you would be the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.


3. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, please ensure that you have read the following:

3.1 Product Condition

✔ Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging
✔ All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included
✔ All accessories, cables, manuals, and components must be returned
✔ Products must be in resalable condition

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

✔ The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
✔ We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse
We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and have a tracking number before you ship it back to us

3.3 Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Restocking Fee: 15% of product price
  • Refund Amount: Product price minus restocking fee

4. How to Return Your Order

If you wish to return your order, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at support@vitalvaulte.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want an exchange, store credit, or refund

Step 2: Wait for our return authorization and instructions

Step 3: Pack your items securely with all original packaging

Step 4: Ship to the address provided (with tracking and insurance recommended)

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund/exchange within 5-10 business days


5. Canceled Orders

5.1 Cancellation While Order is in Transit

If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is in route to you:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping fees (both to and from your location)
  • Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Once a package has been shipped, it is subject to these charges

5.2 Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel before your order ships:

  • Full refund will be issued
  • No restocking or shipping fees apply

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Personalized or custom items

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, inspection takes 2-3 business days
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Other original payment method

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Indicate in your email which product you’d like instead
  • We will send the replacement once we receive your return
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@vitalvaulte.store
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • No restocking fee for defective/damaged items
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
